Gives me a storage bag for canned meatI ordered this Jarganizer (carrier bag & 6 jars w/lids) as well as another set from this brand that also includes lids with openings for straws as well as the straws themselves. This is a very handy insulated carrier bag for 32-ounce Mason jars. Smaller sizes would also fit What a great idea! I wish I had a couple of these years ago. The bag is well made and fits wide-mouth quart-sized canning jars perfectly, each protected in its own compartment, although smaller 24 ounce and 16 ounce wide-mouth jars would also fit (the compartments would be a little deep for the 16 ounce ones, but the extra space could be used for snacks...The jars included with this set feature a scripted Mason logo. Otherwise, they superficially look like Ball jars but are not of the same quality -- they are made in China and are thinner and lighter weight than the famous US made jars. Despite being designated as canning jars, I would never actually use these for canning or in the freezer, but they are fine for beverages or storing food. I do like that the jars are made of amber colored glass. The set comes with the regular two-piece lids used for canning but I will just replace them with plastic lids designed for Mason jars.The carrier bags are very sturdy and the handles are strong enough to support the weight of six jars filled with beverages. Plus they stack. In addition to the two Jarganizer carrier bag & jar sets I already have, I just ordered an additional empty Jarganizer carrier bag that I will fill with my own jars (I have lots and lots!) so I will keep three six-packs of jars handy and always ready to go. The current price of this set is $34.00, down from the regular price of $44.00 which I thought was much too high considering that Mason jars are not very expensive and the carrier bags are rather light-weight and simply designed. The cost is the only reason I gave this set four stars instead of five.Canning jars are a bit hard to come by these days. Especially the amber once, so when I see them at a good price I grab them up. With the rising food cost, we have turned to canning to preserve fresh fruits and veggies when we get them on sale.That being said, I’ve collected quite a few jars which has become a storage issue. This jar holder is great for that.I chose this because of the Cover that the bag will provide for the bottles since I use them to prepare tinctures and oils. I recently did a whole batch of tinctures and so far no problems I have checked up on them and there is no spoiling and the jars are quite tightly sealed. Since the back is dark it serves me well because my kitchen is quite lit up and a tentris need the darkness to develop. This batch will be ready soon and I could not be happier.Love this and will be purchasing more of them.I'm no expert canner but these served their purpose well for me thus far. We just ran upon the expiration date of some of our emergency supplies and I was unsatisfied with how the rice was being stored in simple store cardboard boxes, so I figured we'd give them a potentially longer life by canning them instead. I did the usual workload by washing everything and then chucking in the rice along with an oxygen absorber. I hand-washed the lids. Then everything actually got put back in the organizer AND then back in the original packaging box filled with styrofoam to help keep it secure. I think this will serve perfectly well for some period of time. Seems like a reasonable price at $45 for this six pack of 32 oz jars.These jars are amazing good vacuum sealed to sturdy hold whatever your trying to store!! Very easy to clean and the color is great too comes with an organizer too double the bonus very good product for a very good price ❤️❤️Love this big size mason jars!You can use them for food storage or drinking glass jars, convenient amber glass color.Comes beautifully packed with open and sealing lids, straw and useful bag carrier!Love them!
