This product was a Christmas gift from my husband. I've used it a couple times now and have some Pros and Cons to share:Pros:1. Easy to Clean, Organized storage of food, keeps foods you want separate from each separated2. No issues with leaking.3. Lid is easy to open/reseal (can be used by younger children)4. Excellent for salads, fruits, veggies (basically anything that would not require reheating).5. The separate container for utensils (comes with a spoon and fork).Cons:1. The stainless steel is good for cleaning but not much else. You cannot put stainless steel in the microwave. I take leftovers for lunch quite a bit (most of the time requiring reheating). So, either I don't use the container on these days OR I have to reheat my food on a separate plate and then put back in the container (seems to defeat the purpose).2. The outer carrier could have used a zipper compartment for things like napkins, condiments, et.3. I wish the separated portions had "covers" for each part. That way, you could have a salad on one side with your dressing in one of the smaller compartments with no chance of spill-over.Purchased for my 12 year old. Portions size are perfect for herIt keeps food warm/ cold. While the product is free for me I should not have any more complaints.Cannot reassemble after cleaning it. The liners is the hardest thing to put back. Too many barriers in easy cleaning. Too many sections and parts. Do not recommend it.Overall it`s a good lunch box, good size and it keeps food separated.My only issue is that the rubbers that goes around the lid keeps coming off. The middle part got lost. I reached out to the manufacturer they resolved my problem quick by sending a new lunch box as the rubber pieces not available separately.For this, I gave this item 5 stars and I appreciate the mfg. standing by their product.
